Nancy Thomas- Nancy brings over 30 years of extensive experience in food service industry design, consultation and contracting. Her career accomplishments include both renovations and new project development, with expertise in fine dining, quick service, catering, resorts, B & I as well as institutional/correctional food service. Dedicated to the success of her clients’ projects, Nancy relentlessly pursues the right product or process to deliver innovative design and operational solutions. Providing knowledgeable assistance in this highly specialized industry, Nancy believes in building flexibility into today’s plan to allow adaptation for future growth. Andrew Brown- Andrew’s forte is the Information technology field. He is an acknowledged authority on computer aided design software including Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, and Inventor within construction, manufacturing and engineering environments. He is an accomplished software developer using C++, C#, ASP.net, Visual Studio, MFC, ObjectArx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access and oracle databases and is well versed in systems integration implementation and automation. Andrew has worked for structural engineering and manufacturing engineering firms as well as consulting work for food service companies. Andrew has been responsible for defining IT configuration management processes and project management. Shukri Alfa- Shukri Alfa is based in Beirut, speaks French, English and Arabic, and regularly travels over 40 countries: all of Europe, Russia, Africa, all of the Middle East (his expertise), India (10 times alone in 2009), and numerous other countries. As a consultant Shukri has worked with hospitals, hotels and commercial foodservice and catering industries. His expertise includes; supply and developing foodservice energy savings and ecology, waste management, specifying equipment plans, supervising turn key installations, and developing maintenance programs. Frank Kelly describes himself as a combined definition of an outlier and an entrepreneur. His spontaneous creativity and risk taking attitude helped Frank found and build to a multimillion name brand foodservice equipment and supply company and sell it to a
conglomerate. Frank has been in every area of the foodservice industry as he developed to create, build and sell a large company. He now works on building programs using effective outsourcing, and building product to a a customers needs,

Raul Senior P. Raul Senior P. was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela in 1955. Grew up in Caracas and in Boston. Obtained his Bsc (Honours) in Production Technology and Production Management at Brunel University in England in 1979 and his MBA from Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts in 1981. He is fluent in Spanish and English and knowledgeable of different cultures. He has been involved in the foodservice industry for 28 years, from creating and operating food service concepts, to consulting for the owners and operators, to executing complete turnkey projects for his clients. His clients include Hard Rock Café, Tony Romas, Ruth Chris, Pizza Hut, KFC, Full Pizza, Pizza Loka, Gourmet Market, Waoo Crepes, Café Ole and Wyndham Hotels, as well as many more local small chains in Latin America.
He currently holds the position of Independent Consultant in charge of International Markets Development for Trendco Supply Inc., Florida-International Division. Based in Caracas, Venezuela. Evaluations are billed by the day or week, and longer-term contracts. Weekly or monthly visits are the core of our billable work.
